Originally started with a 3 vessel gravity fed system with an igloo for a mash tun. Has evolved into a pump fed system. 20 gallon Stainless insulated mash tun and 2 15 gallon stainless pots make up our current system. Main reason for the 3 vessels system is flexibility on brew day BIAB, 5 gallon ,10 gallon double and triple batches have been completed on a single brew day with this system . 2 banjo burners fire up the boil kettle and HLT, we do not apply direct heat to our mash tun but can recirculate with our wort side pump if necessary. Plate chiller and SS brew buckets round out our gear. Fermentation is completed in a large stand up freezer regulated by ink bird controllers.
