We use the Ruby Street Brewing 3 burner set up with the elevated burner. Our 3 kettle system is perfect for all grain recipes. The elevated liquor tank allows us to sparge easily while the pump lets us do quick wort transfers and circulation. It’s convenient because it’s compact and we can just wheel it out of the garage and start brewing. We also have a chronical fermenter and glycol chiller which allows us to get accurate temperatures
