I've been brewing for 10 years and I brew using the all-grain method. My batch size is 7-9 gallons. MY setup currently runs off one pump (soon to be two) and 1 propane burner. My hot side brewery pots include a Ss 15 gallon mash tun with false bottom and 2 ports. An 8 gallon Ss hot liquor tank with 2 ports and a 15 gallon keggle with a weldless port. Water and grains, etc go in and Delicious award-winning wort comes out.
