The small footprint is great for limited space and the Step Mashing helps shorten the brew day. The dual heating elements helps maintain temperatures during recirculating and maintain a nice rolling boil throughout my brew day. The built in pump is great for recirculating, cooling and transferring to my fermenters. Cleanup is also easy, efficient and contributes to the shorter brew day!
