When: Sunday, Oct. 21st from 1PM-6PM
Booth Space: 8'x8' increments
Price: $40. $10 Extra For Up To (1) Additional staff member.
This is strictly a 21&over event, sorry no children or minors.
This application is for the purpose of assisting SoCal Cerveceros in the selection of the 2018 Arts, Crafts, & Merch vendors. This application is not a contract, nor a guarantee. There is no payment required at this time.
Please attach color photographs of the proposed exhibit booth and/or product(s) as they would appear at the event. Don’t underestimate the importance of photos that are clear and show your display at its best!
Terms & Conditions
Height of Stand Including Signs up to 8FT
Electrical under 20-amps included in booth fee if needed
Stands must be staffed from 1PM – 6PM during event.
If Electricity is needed, please consider a 25ft extension chord.
Booths must be kept in showroom quality. Cardboard boxes, stock, and trash must be kept out of the view of the public.
We suggest that tables be draped, and all decorative materials must be flame resistant. All decorative and display materials must be appropriate for the theme and venue.
Booth height may not exceed 8 feet on back wall and 4 feet on sides.
All vendors are provided the option to purchase up to (1) additional pass for admission credentials for staff. Additional tickets may be purchased during check-in if not SOLD-OUT.
Due to limited parking, load-in time TBD (possibly 11:30AM-12:30PM)

Upon our review, we will notify all applicants of their acceptance or position on our waiting list within one week of receipt of application. Timely entries are encouraged.
